It has its bumps, but it's quite a good game
Here the good things about the game:
The game isn't a downgraded version of the 360 and ps3 versions.
Great art style.
Spider-Sense while a rip-off in ways is quite helpfuk
Visuals are really good for a multi- platform game
Actually this visuals are REALLY good for the wii
Ultimate and 2099 levels look fantastic
Two control sets so you can use one you like.
Good character models
Levels on all dimensions look great.
Good sound.
4 Spider-men! How cool is that?!
Combat moves that actually help and that aren't there for eye-candy (although they do look pretty cool)
Great voice acting
Ultimate and 2099 special abilities are helpful
2099s free fall sections are cool and fun.
First-person view is a cool point of view
Carnage level is interesting to say the least (*ZOMBIES*)
Decent story.
Noir levels are pretty good
The other 3 levels are quite good as well.
Some great levels. Sandman level anyone?
Action is fast paced and fun.
The art style of each dimension is distinct.
Some bosses are fun to fight.
Enough variety to keep the whole game from being repetitive
10-12 hours with challenges, suits, powers to unlock
Here are the bad things:
Despite good for the wii: the noir and amazing just don't look all that great as the other dimensions.
Decent story.
10-12 hours if you don't care about the collectibles
First control set is hard to use and nothing tells you, that you can change it.
Some control hang ups: Zipping and swinging.
Goons, bosses and spidey tend to repeat their lines a bit too much.
First-person fighting isn't all that rewarding or fun
Crawling isn't as good as past games
Web-swinging isn't as good either.
Does get repetitive.
Some glitches that can prevent you from winning the game.
Spider-Sense is a bit of rip-off from Batman: AA
Some bad level designs. Mysterio level anyone?
All and all this game is not only a great Spider-Man game but a good action game as well. With great art style, visuals, combat and a decent story, this game is a solid 8.5. A very solid 8.5
