It's really cool that you can create your own monster, so you can act like Satoshi Tajiri or Ken Sugimori or even Akiyoshi Hongo and make your personal "Pokémon" or "Digimon"! So it's kinda like The Sims, but in a different way, because you have to care and help your "pet" to conquer the universe, but this is just like a program to improve your benefaction on Spore on PC, just for you to find a monster that mach just like you. Even this is only like a program, it continue being to funny and can wake your creativity. It is an epic journey that leads to the origin and evolution of life, the creation of a civilization and technology and possibly until the end. If you like simulators you must like this one. Basically, the Spore Creature Creator is software that allows players to create their own creatures with a standalone version of the Creature Editor from Spore; the software was one of the first aspects of the game to receive focused development, and underwent ten rewrites since the start of development.
