The second game of the great series, amazing.
This game another great variety of levels to playthrough. From a desert, to a glacier, to tracks, to a marsh! And of course much more. There are speedways again, and they have individual challenges. The final level is games filled.
Spyro gameplay is mostly the same, but great none the less, of course. You can still breath fire, glide, amd charge. You can now hover and get special powers at certain parts. But this time you collect talismans and orbs to take back the kingdom from Ripto. You still get to collect gems, as you can purchase new abilities from Spyro, such as swimming, from Moneybags.
The sound for Spyro is good. The sound effects aren't annoying in any way, and the music is suited for where it is given too. The music is actually fairly enjoyable.
The graphics are fairly good in Spyro. Sure, the rainbow in the Hurricos level is grey at a certain angle, but every game holds mistakes. The levels are designed beautifully and portray their names very well.
Overall, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage is the perfect game for the Playstation.
