The best Spyro game in the series and my favorite game of all time.

If you have never played a Spyro game, then I recommend starting with this one. Not only that it's the first Spyro game, but it's best one yet! I was about 4 or 5 when I started playing this game and I'm still playing it today!

The game starts out in the Dragon Kingdom where the dragons live peacefully. But then the dragon elders start talking about how Gnasty Gnorc (main villain) is ugly. Gnasty gets mad and turns all but one dragon into stone. That one dragon is Spyro. You are joined by Sparx the dragonfly who takes the beating for you (lol). Your main task in the game is to rescue all 80 dragons and free them from stone. There are about 30 levels filled with many tasks. You must also collect gems which are basically money, and dragon eggs from thieves. Once you do so, you will be able to defeat Gnasty Gnorc once and for all.

This game is perfect for all ages and the replay factor is amazing. You could play this over and over again and not get bored. If you have a Playstation then you need to get this game without hesitation. You won't regret it!
