yes gamespot lied about the gamecube version. They just hate the GAmecube VERSION. It is fine and the fact that famous men like MArio and luigi and peach are in there is better than the stupid xbox version. The PS2 version of the game is more reccomended than i say gamecube then i say xbox.
any way the game is incredibly fun no matter what u play on. Its easier to handle the ps2 version, the gamecube version is just as fun with the addition of the marios, the xbox is my least reccomendation and i dont hate the xbox cause i have the game on all three platforms. just i have most fun on ps2 and gamecube.
