SSX On Tour

As a huge fan of SSX and SSX 3 to be exact... this one let me down. =(

Although gorgeous and innovative the gameplay is lacking I'm sorry to say. I don't know why they had to mess with the trick system that was so perfect in SSX 3.

I also thought that the addition of skis would win me over because although I am a sometimes regular skier... I have never tried snowboarding in real life. Not to be the case as the skis don't really add anything except graphically different tricks.

I don't like the menu or navigation either... and although I appreciate anyone's contribution to art, I'm not a fan of the style of the game either.

The sense of speed, sense of scale, and sense of fun just seem dumbed down to me over the others in the series... I think they were progressively better until now. If you want a great game, save the money here and go with SSX 3. Or better yet rent this one first so you can see what I mean...
