Many people said to me that the SSX titles peaked at SSX Tricky but personally I think SSX3 was the best in the series so far. This brings me to SSX On Tour the 4 installment of the SSX games. I was put off buying this game for a long while after reading reviews about this game and it was because of the sketch book graphical art they have used throughout this game. But if you can live with that as I can now then this game certainly has that SSX magic at heart with big jumps, monster tricks and amazing graphics. So if you looking for an alternative sports game to add to your collection or have never played an SSX game before then I would recommend you give SSX On Tour a try. If you’re still not sure about this game though then I strongly recommend you either rent the title first or pick up a copy of the hugely popular SSX3 out of the bargain bins.
