Pretty Face, Flawed Interior

When i found out rare had a new game coming out for the gamecube, i was thrilled. I played this game and was impressed, but as the game continued i continued to be impressed but underwhelmed.

The amazing amount of minuscule little tasks you do is very irritating and the over simplistic combat system makes the game very boring at times. The story line isn't brilliant or anything, but its above average.

The graphics are just beautiful, the environment is great and the cast of characters is diverse and not without rare's classic feel. While this game is definatly worth a rent or two, (or now i think its selling cheap) i don't think its anything to get to excited over. A let down, but don't get me wrong, its still pretty good.
