Took the star fox series to a new level...
GAMEPLAY---10/10-Wow, this was actually very fun, while slow to start, the game eventually unfolds to Fox fighting his way through hoards of enemies with a magical staff he found, and trying to put the planet of Sauria back together, all in a day's work, huh? The game starts as you playing Krystal, fox's counterpart in a way leading a rebbelion against the sharptooth tribe, who have thrown the planet into anarchy. You are eventually captured and imprisoned as this character, which then goes onto Fox's part of the story. You come onto the bewildered planet unarmed, but you then find the magical staff that Krystal had lost before, the story goes on, as you collect powers for the staff, and try to piece the planet back together, the gameplay in this game rules, whenever an enemy is to engage you in combat, you can use all kinds of fancy-pants moves, such as ice beams, fire beams, and my favorite, twirling the sucker around and throwing them on the ground! The game also includes puzzles, lots of puzzles! This game is almost like Zelda, with it's parts where you can definitely get stuck, but it makes up for it with making it almost ompossible to die. It's not a game to be replayed though, once you beat it, there is no real thrill...
Graphics-10/10-Oh...man, am I glad that they improved this! Instead of your cheap graphics like in Starfox64, this had a very, very realistic look to it, characters seem to just jump out at you, and fight scenes while not graphic, can still keep you on edge.
Sound---8/10---Good, not the best, but definitely an improvement from the last game! The dialogue here in this game was still pretty cheesy, but most of the music made up for it, all of the music in the game, GREATLY complimented the area...making this game that much better.
Value---9/10---This game is definitely worth your money, if you don't have it, get it now! The only reason it's a nine instead of 10 is because there's much to about for replay, but, still, nicely done!
Overall-9.5/10-GO GET THIS! NOW!
