I bought this game fairly soon after it came out, because of I enjoyed the first, but I was severly disapointed.

Gameplay- The interface works well for this game.

Graphics- Good, but not exceptional.

Sound- The background music was OK, but I really enjoyed the sound effects.

As much as I wanted to like this game I just couldn't do it. The early missions of the campaign were just bad and amounted to nothing but building huge fleets of weak ships (as you can't build anything more powerful until late game missions) and then sending them out to get murdered by a few Borg defences. Later missions are the same except that you can now impale bigger ships upon the enemy's defences. It really is a same because I am a Trek fan who really wanted to enjoy this game.
