Cool Game...

First off... I just got this game 1- being I am a Star Trek fan and 2- I love Star Trek ship battles. I got sucked into this game, I think it's pretty decent to give it a try.. for those of you whom are Star Trek fans and for those of you who like strategy games. Tho, this game maybe very lite on strategy it gives you enough to make it fun. Think of it as a board game... cause that's what it really is. You have control over how you spent your money, space station to create, ships to buy, etc. but its limited. Like an RPG game you level up (captain of the fleet does)... and you can get upgrades to improve on things... like weapons, shields, research, etc. It's all kept simple but in a good way. Basically you just have to concur everyone else.. For those who are looking for story you won't fine that here... cause as I mention earlier think of it as a board game. If you liked or thought Star Trek Encounters was ok or good then give this one a shot.... Give it a Rent... it will definitely kill some time on your hands and you just might get sucked in.
