StarTrek Online is Finally Here! STO improvements are already happening! Show me being ENTERTAINED!
Those people that say that STO has a lot of potential they are correct it does.
New content has already been added (additional Borg) and the game hasnt even been out a month!
Imagine what STO will be like in just 6 months from now! Awesome!
Those people that say that STO has a lot of bugs they are also correct it does.
I submitted 3 bug reports just today.
The multitude of bugs are getting squashed very rapidly, new servers being installed and added. Lag has decreased very much.
Im really having a lot of fun flying around planets, in nebula and through asteroid belts. Beautiful space that is not empty at all. There is really some very good tactics you can learn about using the huge variety of weapons that you can install on your starship. Ive learned when the going gets tough select the shield priority icon for your power so that your shields recharge nicely.
Those bridge officers that are your pets that some say are dumb as rocks. Not so anymore. Cryptic has inserted brains into those Tactical, Engineer and Science bridge officers. They help big time performing their skills, healing, recharging your shields and helping you kill a variety of alien adversaries.
Ive been trying to take a screenshot of every planet I do an away mission on they are sooo beautifull and weird too!
STO needs more content thats for sure, Im willing to be patient for that to happen. I bought the lifetime subscription, because STO is getting better and will continue to improve as time goes along.
Dont give up all you folks that are playing STO now and those of you that havent started yet, do so the game is really worth it.
Cryptic has a lot of employees that are Trek fans too that want StarTrek Online to succeed.
