For an old GB game this surprised me. The graphics are grate, the music sounds fresh and missions are entertaining. What really is shocking is the fact that every time you play the missions are scattered and sometime you will find one you didn't play the first time. And when you play a level you already have it can change: an intruder(S) can be on the ship unexpected enemies or engine damage, its always different! You can also warp to random planets and there will be enemies there or you will get someone or something abored your ship. This is probably the one of the best GB games out there. The problems is people under estimate these games and never bother to look at these details. I mean come on the movement of the stars in space are so fluent and characters eyes blink. You have a list or a chart to look at ship damage, weapons and shields, it's amazing for its time and its still fun today. So I suggest this to any game boy player or collector, it's worth having, and you wont be disappointed with the fun and excitement of star trek the next generation.
