Star Wars Battlefront is an awesome game for a start. It has good gameplay but has no storyline. In the game, all you get to do is just play a few games in the Historical campaign and play Galactic Conquest and your done. Dont get me wrong but it still is a great game. Usually star wars games usually places you as Luke Skywalker or as someone famous, but in this you get to play as a grunt in the rebel or clone or imperial or even the confederacy of independant systems in historical or galactic campaigns. To me this is very unique but great. For once you play as the droids in the battle of Genosis or the Imperials in the battle of Hoth. Yet the game has no storyline to it. Even more, once you beat it theres nothing else but look at stills and play the game again. In comparison to the other platforms, I think that the Xbox and PC versions are better. I have the PS2 version and it is kind of disapointing. For example it doesnt have any shadows behind stuff while xbox and PC versions do. The ps2 version is great but not that great. The graphics are an ok but could be better since its a ps2 platform. The music is an ok too. On the main menu it plays the whole album of Star Wars and then repeats. The sound quality is better than the graphics so theres a positive note on the game. Even though the game isnt that great, it is great for multiplayer and fun to play the same great game places again for fun. Overall, the game could have been better but isnt. I would recomend getting the xbox or PC versions instead. An exciting but a little too short game, i think this is a unique and fun to play game. PEACE OUT YALL!!!
