Star Wars Jedi Power Battles is an Action game based on the story of Episode 1- The Phantom Menace. The game allows 1[or 2] player[s] to select 1 out of the likes of Plo Koon, Mace Windu, Qui Gon Jinn, Obi Wan Kenobi and Adi Gallia all of whom most Star Wars fans will recognise as Jedi. Once The Jedi you select applies to the whole game as you slash through droids, jump over large heights and force your way through 10 long but exciting levels from the Trade Federation starship right to the intense duel with the Phantom Menace himself Darth Maul.
The gameplay throughout all the levels can be boring because of the length but the enjoyment you get from the gameplay overshadows the con of long levels. The graphics are great for the Playstation 1, the sound isn't half bad and you get great value. This is one of few games in which you will find yourself completing this game one too many times but enjoying starting again and completing it again.
For those of whom love Star Wars and love playing Jedi and reliving the events that followed the film then this will be an exciting experience.
