Truly sad, what I would have expected from SOE, NOT Lucas Arts. Over 1 year of playing, and more lies than I can count
SOE, blatantly lied that it was working from the responses of the community. Any 5 year old with a kindergarden reading level could EASILY see from reading SOE's very own SWG community forums that this was not and MOST certainly IS NOT what the community wanted. What WAS and STILL is needed is an improvement to their customer service and employees that interact directly with the customer. THAT is what needed changing, not even the first "combat upgrade" was truly wanted or necessary. Yes some things were out of balance, these games will ALWAYS have balance issues in one person's mind or another, but using SOE's very own DEV tracker function of their SWG forum site will show ANYONE that they have NO sense of customer service.
