Don’t be fooled by the pretty TV commercials, or the 10 level tutorial you’ll see or experience in the free download. After the initial fluff, there is no substance in the rest of the game.

You are dumped out of the wonderfully scripted tutorial into the old game. The game is over two years old, and it still has all the bugs of a newly-developed game. The graphics are looking old and the world is very empty feeling. As a new player, yeah, you can do the quests, only up to level 30. THE GAME IS NOT FINISHED !

Don’t hope that SOE will fix any of the crippling bugs or finish the product anytime soon. They have spent more time re-creating the game (this is the 3rd version) and cranking out expansion pack after expansion pack. Yet, they do not address any of the major flaws (even in this recent game version).
