Handicap Unfriendly. The complete redesign of the game made play completely impossible for the disabled gamer.

I suffer a handicap which leaves me only partial use of my left hand - keyboard movement is impossible for me. Moving it to the mouse *can* be done, using device-specific external programs to remap the extra (4 and 5 of 5) mouse buttons to keystrokes, but rebinding attacks off the mouse, or movement to mouse1 or mouse2 are impossible.
Further, the new system requires you to track your target with the mouse and crosshair... moving away from a target with the mouse while hovering your mouse over it... quite impossible.
One guild member is a little older. She did combat for 10 minutes and had to stop, due to click-click-click severely aggravating her arthritis.
Another member has astigmatism (sp?) - also unable to play, she gets nauseous after 10 to 15 minutes in the game.
When pressed, the Community relations team (forum threads well over 500 posts before a response was even attempted) would state only that "they are looking into options".
This tells us that:
1. Their existing playerbase with limitations were not even considered.
2. Despite over 2 years with a system which WAS handicap friendly, and being made aware of the issue the very day it hit their forums, the NGE was pushed forward regardless, and this issue ignored.

Even people without handicaps will find this excruciating to play for any period of time. One poster in the community said: "please sell me this game.. as a standalone / single-player game, like KOTOR."
