This game is filled with so many broken quests, so many bugs and crash to desktops. The customer Service is the worst in the gaming industry. You will waste alot of money trying to play a game that has been broken for 2+ years.
Read the Star Wars forums at station.com and listen to the current subscribers. They will tell you that this game is a waste of your time and money. Take it from a 2+ year player. There are better games then this.

The new NGE upgrade is cumbersome to play. You basically need a 3rd hand to play it. Crash to destops are very frequent and customer service is no where to be found. They always send you in a loop to get your issues corrected and they never get fixed. Patch after patch breaks more stuff then it fixes. Server populations are decreasing and abandined house, factories and harvestors litter all the planets just burning.
