With all the lies and the Bait and switch best to stay away from this game or any relation to SOE and Lucas Arts. I see SOE has some of their people trying to fluff the ratings here to save sales and jobs but honestly this is as poor a game as it gets. They fill you with empty promises to fix bugs, provide no customer service, do not listen to their paying customers, and to top it all off treat the community that made the game last as outsiders. This game has been redeveloped twice in the past year causing loss of subscriptions to the point finding a group which is needed to do anything nearly impossible. The veteran players who are cancelling in droves are called the vocal minority by SOE President/CEO John Smedley and shunned to the side. This game had potential now it is just dying with every patch. Save your money Better MMO's out there and new ones on the way. I wouldn't hit my worst enemy in the backside with this game.
