BORING waste of time.

I am an avid star wars fan. My #!@ing email and user name is starwarsyoda9632. I own all the star wars movies. Have played and own a lot of the games and was interested in a MMO. My friend has played WOW and it was awesome. So I picked up this game and played it for less a month. The ideas of getting a mount right away, buying and customizing a house is cool, however the execution is far from inspired. The lag that I got was unbearable. I couldn’t go near a cantina without a frame rate drop worthy of a heart attack. I imagine that was what dieing of dismemberment feels like. Even in the middle of the dessert it had trouble. Now it was not my internet connection because I have T2 DSL for god’s sake. The combat is simple and the characters are nice, and the game does have varying weather effects, but it is just like any other MMO out there. Nothing special. WOW is a better game than this simply because of its originality. The whole reason for changing the style from how it was to the new starter kit is to try to suck the success off of WOW. From what I heard the old way was good, however I have not played it. It looked good, played fine except the lagging, and the whole package was mediocre..
