There are a lot of bugs in this game, many still from their previous expansion Rage of the Wookiees, and some as far back as the release of the game 2 1/2 years ago. Customer Service is a joke. No one knows what the other CSR's are going to say. I have had as many 5 different answers from CSR's in the game about the same thing. The developers of this game do not listen to their client base and they are running as close to a dictatorship structure on their forums. Any negative feed back about the game is quickly either deleted or pushed 5 or 6 pages back, almost as if it were being moved by someone on the inside. many people are being banned for things that are not bannable under their license agreements, only because they are voicing dislike and/or hatred of the game. Beware, buying this game. Also, the numbers that Smedley put out about the number of happy players is way off key and the number of subscriptions are extremely low. Every planet is like visitng a ghost town now.
