How a company can release something so bad?

I´ve just bought this "starter kit",in the first week i've found so many bugs,Consumer service problems,and completely empty servers,so i tried the foruns,and OMG,nobody like the game,it seems that Sony online released the game over 2+ years ago,and modified it at the expense of its players,i saw many,many people asking for the developers to return to the old system(seems everybody but a feel people love the old game),and get banned,there is no respect for the public,this is the worst game i ever saw!

I wonder why the producers and Mr.John Smedley said all over the midia that everybody loves it,it´s the opposite,they are hiding the truth,to bring in new players,as one of the fools,i strongly adivise you to avoid this game and the company tha runs it (SOE).
