Don't be fooled by the lies or the flashy TV ads. Sony Online Entertainment has made a bug ridden imcomplete game. They'll promise fixes and new content and balance, but their lies of the dark side. Play ANY other non-SOE game. The game play with the NGE is completely broken. Save your $$ play something else.

I had been playing the game since launch in June 2003. We had a totally incomplete game. Only 1 true expansion. The two that followed were all flash, no substance or game enhancement. They promised profession and combat revamps for YEARS and NEVER delivered on their promises. Don't be fooled with this "free" offer. Go to any other non-SOE MMO, you'll thank yourself for it. Any company that would DESTROY their game population's efforts of over 2 years has serious ethical problems. My 3 accounts were cancelled the day NGE hit.
