This game is a Tragedy.
So many bugs got never fixed, the customer support was none-existant in this game. SOE does not care about their customers, they're known for passing the buck to their customers and releasing crap every single time.
Not to mention that they lied for months on end about the NGE, just to keep their subscribers and milk them for a s much as they could. The released a unfinished expansion before the NGE, and after they released the NGE they nerfed everyhting and changed the game completely.
Don't even waste your time with SOE, John Smedley is nuts if he thinks he can screw the player base over and over again and not face the consequences of a rebellion. Most gamers hate SOE and their games, look at their subscription base, all their customers or at least most of them have left.
