As Jaden, you swing through various parts of galaxy fighting Storm Troopers & Dark Jedi in search of answer to the attack on Jedi Academy. Although many Star Wars games have been made, few fill up your appetite for action & adventure as Jedi Academy does.
Jedi Academy also changes how you progress your Force abilities. You start out with eight core Force abilities: pull, push, speed, sense, jump, saber offense, saber defense, and saber throw. Your abilities are limited at first, but you automatically become more advanced in these areas every time you return to the academy. There are eight advanced Force powers to choose from: four on the light side of the Force and four on the dark side. The light side abilities are absorb, protection, heal, and Jedi mind trick. The dark side powers are comprised of life steal, lightning, grab, and Force rage.
As a sequel to Jedi Outcast it is a successful & intriguing adventure that does justice to the genre.
