KOTOR II is a game that will be loved by Star Wars fans and RPG fans a like.
Gameplay: This is easy. It gets a perfect ten because it is just right. Everything is set out just like it should be. While the gameplay is drawn heavily from the original KOTOR, that's what sequel do. They take the original game, and improve upon it.
Graphics: Not as good as they could have been, but never the less very good. Obsidian took the approach of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' The graphics are nearly the same as from the original. The things they did change are making everything much more clear, and changing the Jedi Robes. Now they look like they do in the movies.
Sound: What can I say about sound. The sound in a Star Wars game is always perfect. Lightsabers igniting, blaster firing, blades clashing. It's all there. Even the score by John Williams is there and in perfect from. Sound always has been, and always will be, extremely good in Star Wars games.
Value: If you've played the original game, play this one. If you haven't played the original one, play this one. If you like Star Wars, play it. Even if you don't like Star Wars, play it. There are a few glitches, but they can normally be avoided. All in all this is a really good game.
Rent or Buy: Defiantly buy. Star Wars fan or not, you will not regret it. Even if you don't know, it doesn't cost that much anymore anyways.
