A Good game all in all. But its flaws make it dissapointing in many ways. You can tell there was supposed to be more.
Its a good game allright. There are so many nice features in this game and is a good thing to pick up. But flaws abound and the it fells at times uninspired and in the begining down right boring. In my gut I know that this game was to be a classic but it seems that near the latter devlopement stages something went wrong.
Its like one of the Star Maps from KOTOR 1. There are missing peices and corrupt data' things that don't add up. But unlike that game this one is out on the market and as such doomed to exist incompleat and broken.
I feel sad writing this, I know that this peice of work deserved a much better fate than that. For its part the gameplay is great, a testiment to inginuity. The graphics however have not improved much from the first one.
At times it will generate a glitch that may never appear again. Like falling through floors and being trapped in abbyse from which there is no escape. Or NPCs doing odd things.
Quarks that shall be unresolved. It feels like a latter stage beta. The Story is frusterating. There are dead ends and the ending is not satisfying. The hunt for the HK production facility is an atifact that remains so painfuly visible.
Darth Neilus, a Sith capible of consuming entire planets, is weaker than the Sith Lords in Kotor 1. I feel that their are many gapping holes here, to many to mention in my reveiw.
Mulitple enmeys become problematic because of the slow down. The atmosphere is Dark and Gloomy, and the ending does not lift the veil that shrouds everything, it feels like it is empty.
I am finished I is worth buying, but it only will leave you sad that it is not compleat.
