I have had the Republic commando backround on my computer for the last 3 months, when the first trailer came out at E3 last year, I was one of the firsts to download it and loathe in its awesome glory. beat both demo's the one on the Xbox in KOTOR 2 and the downloaded demo for the PC. and I went out and bought it the first day. This game is superb. I have been a lover of the star wars games since Rebel assault. ive seen the best, and the worst of star wars. (anyone remember Force commander and pocket Yoda tales?) this game starts you off as a newborn clone. you grow really quick, and you have probably the best opening cutscene that ive seen in a game in a long while. Sev is the greatest companion a guy could ask for. its like master chief on steriods. sure he dies a heck of alot easier than master chief, but can Master chief replace the end of his gun with a Rocket launcher? or throw a stun grenade, run up and stick a knife in someones stomach? I dont think so. suffice to say, im not giving much detail into the game, pretty much you have to play it to not give away any of its secrets. I would easily recommend this to any Xbox owner or anyone who is looking into an xbox.
