This was a really fun game to play. However, it ended so abruptly (much like Halo 2) that it left me unsatisfied. I must add that it is great to see Lucas Arts doing different styles of game. A Star Wars tactical shooter was overdue, and the Republic Commandos are the perfect group. Wouldn't work so well with a bunch of Jedi. The action in the game is really good. The way that the squad moves about and requires as little or as much input from the player is great. No sitting around picking their noses while you're being overun. I enjoy the way in which you give commands. Showing the player the location and action of a certain area really makes things rather intuitive. But at the same time, if a player were looking for something in which they got little help, this ma not be it. And there was no unlimited ammo. Thank goodness. The graphics were about what I expected of this time in Xbox development. No disappointments. Sounds was really good too. Very immersive. Mulitiplayer leaves somehting to be desired. It has all been done before and while yes it is in the Star Wars universe, that does not automatically mean that it's good. But there is not one thing that I can pinpoint that makes multiplayer less than fun. Definitely worth buying, but don't expect a long game.
