A MUST for Star Wars fans. Everyone else for that matter.

If there is one thing that Star Wars fans love the most about the movies, it's watching the space battles. Since Star Wars debuted in 1977, fans have dreamed of being able to fly in those battles. Rogue Squadron takes those fans closer than they've ever been before. This game truly illustrates the struggle and intensity of the space battles and succeeds brilliantly in throwing us, the gamers, right into the middle of it, convincingly. Even if you hate Star Wars with all of your heart (Shame on you), there is no denying the thrill of flying through space with a squadron that you command against a seemingly invincible enemy. On a more technical point, the graphics are incredible to say the least. I for one, flew the practice level at least 200 times just taking a good look at the realistic environment and gaping in awe at the physics and consequences of flying too low to the ground. Completing each level is like winning a trophy, and the fact that the gamer can feel a sense of achievement makes this game one of my favorites in my collection. Also has decent replay value. Buy it, Fly it. Now.
