Great new campaign,the same intense multiplayer action but very few new units keep it from being truly fantastic.

I think Blizzard have successfully recreated the magic that was wings of liberty with the Hots campaign it plays great, the difficulty is well balanced and of course the trilogy continues with an epic story. playing as the queen of blades and her swarm is a great experience that I would recommend to any RTS fan.

the Multiplayer is still fast paced and very competitive but falls short when it comes to new content. With only a few new units added across all of the races it quickly feel like your playing the same game as you were 2 years ago. new strategic options fall short in favor of old tried and tested strategies. Base building also remains the same with almost no new options at all.

as a SC veteran I think they played it extremely safe with this expansion and because of it they have given players an updated multiplayer experience but not a new one.

SC2 will still keep its player base because of its addictive well balanced game play and great campaign but it would have been great if they gave fans a fully fledged new expansion.
