When describing Starcraft, it's not so much describing a video game as it is describing a religion. Starcraft, and it's expansion set Brood War, are the greatest games to have been put on a computer or any gaming system for that matter. Unlike many games of recent years which all use the same old Age of Empires engine, Starcraft has gameplay unlike no other. The vast differences between its 3 races (Terran, Zerg, Protoss), in both feel and playability, make this truly a unique game. Sporting the greatest known storyline of a game to date, you, as the player, will feel immersed in the Starcraft universe. You will lose yourself to the seemingly endless struggle between the might of the Terran forces, the zealous fearlessness of the stalwart Protoss, and the horrifying ferocity of the Zerg Swarm.
