SC1 brings back memories.
People will disagree but I have played many games and RTSes and seen many companies mess up their games but SC1 was had crafted by Blizzard. Blizzard always makes sure their games are more than what your money is worth.
This game brings back memories because i met alot of great players in this game. Players that knowed their stuff and knowed how to spam units and buildings to take down their enemys.
There is 3 races. Each race is unique and plays different. The way the races in this game play are more different than anything you will ever play. This game is not like AoE3s way of playing. This game plays faster and is focused around smaller armies but more strategic smaller groups.
If you know your stuff you can use a small group of random units to take out any situation or to move in behind and destroy someones base.
This game is all about rushes sometimes. I love the old fashioned siege tank rush tactic. Everything goes up in flames against the siege tanks. And they are my favorite units even though they have no anti air. Wished you could put them on a flying open transport for flying while firing fire power. That would be pretty sick.
But till SC2 comes out. This game will always be the best RTS game ever. Better than Warcraft 3 anyday. Warcraft 3 will probably be my next best choice.
If you don't aggree look at the ratings for blizzard's games and compare them with the CnC games. You will understand. :)
