A Game to Remember

User Rating: 10 | Starlit Adventures PS4

Starlit Adventures is one of those games that you could easily overlook, since it's an eye candy game that looks some what like Kirby. But once you start playing it the game simply unravels itself as a well polished platformer, with a special twist, instead of a side scroller or a scroller in general, your task is to dig through the levels, looking for stars.

The story is another plus, with Nuru (presented by the main character Bo, at the very beginning of the game) stealing all the stars in the sky and turning off all of the starlits, except one, gives you a purpose to chase every single star in game. The reason it stills the stars and the final scene of the game is also an interesting plot twist.

Some other things have caught my eye. Regarding gameplay, it's a great thing when you can play the same level again, just to use another suit and interact with the environment differently. Unicorn suit is so much fun! I'm also a guy that loves to collect things and having a Sticker Album is a secondary mechanic that allows you to have secondary objectives.

Finally, I've had great laughs playing with friend the multiplayer option on Story Mode and Infinite Tower! The game does not allow you to kill your friends with the suit's power, but that doesn't mean that you wont do it eventually, pushing each other all around.
