Still Life gets everything back for adventure game --its old-school adventure gaming with a foot on your synapse.
Why is it so good?
Gives us a spunky heroine in Victoria....makes us admire art......listen to some rare subtle music.....dabble with some modern CSI tools without going overboard with too much technicality.....interlaces the game with some of the most exciting cut sequences ever created for a game....blends the old -school gaming with bold-school gaming.
Why it would be a shame to not make a sequel?
Firstly we do not know, who the killer is?
Secondly how can a girl like Victoria be wasted on only one game like this - we had Kate having two games to her name and all she does is walk and talk.(She is a great adventure gaming character ---no offence guys)
Thirdly ----well if we had a Silence of the lambs, we did need a Red Dragon and Hannibal to surround it perfectly. Therefore for a Still Life --we did get a Post Mortem --where is the third one?
Microids --Adventure Company---YOU HAVE SPAWNED A GOOD BEGINNING ---DON'T LET IT GO TO WASTE.
