Forgettable.

Ghetto Blaster was a free roaming game before the term "free roaming" was even close to existence. Surprisingly, the game pretty much sucked despite that. You play "Rockin Rodney", and you've been given the chance to live your dream of working for a record company. Your job in the game is to be a messenger and deliver demo tapes throughout the ghetto. All while blasting your "ghetto blaster" (for you youngans, that's an 80's term for Boombox, which is another 80's term for portable stereo), with the intention of turning the locals on to the music. Sound fun? Well it is, for a little while. But it quickly turns tedious and annoying. The worst part of the game is it's horrific ending. After spending hours grinding through this game and all it's annoyances, you're given one line of text congratulating you. That's it. With all the ghetto trash games coming out nowadays, I wouldn't be surprised if you see an updated remake of this game coming out.
