Street Fighter Alpha 2 brings more fighters and moves to the series.

Street Fighter Alpha Warrior Dreams was a good game but the sequel improves on it in many ways. With more characters to choose from and more moves as well.

Story

Well each character has their own turn of events and the last boss is not the same character as you would face with another character. For example you play as Ryu your opponent is Akuma if you play as Ken its Ryu. You face 8 characters in Single Player.

Gameplay

You get to pull of all sorts of combos like Super Combos and others and they require you to build up a Super Meter to unleash a devasting attack. Also you can air block something you can't do in the likes of Street Fighter 2 and you can tech a throw as well. What iis dissapointing is the lack of options but got a friend then expect to have some fun.

Prsentation

The arenas are very nice and detailed with brilliant Super Combo finish effects. The music is also very nice there are some new tunes along with remixs which is nice.

Lastability

Story mode is lacking but there's always multiplayer to play on.

Overall Opinion

An excellent entry into the Street Fighter series and well worth checking out. Its nicely balanced and fun. Not the best in the series but a very solid fighter.
