Alpha MAX'd Out!

User Rating: 9.3 | Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX PSP
The Arcade had this game first, then when it first landed on home consoles in 1999, it was a event, I remember waiting for weeks for the PSOne version that was supposed to be Arcade perfect, And it was. Not only was the PSOne going to get an arcade perfect translation, but Capcom was adding a few new characters, and a world tour mode where you can play an RPG style Storyline to give your fighter unique abilities and really customize your fighting style.

Everything I just mentioned about the PS1 version of this is in the PSP version, but I dont want you to think that it's just a mere port, the PSP version has even more Fighters, 4 more to be exact, You got Yun for SF3 fame, Maki from Final Fight and Capcom vs SNK 2, Eagle from SF1 and ingrid from the lesser known Capcom Fighting evolution.

The modes come out to play too, This game has 15 modes, some of witch include 2 new dramatic modes, where you can pit 2 on 1 battles with any fighter combination, and a all new Variable battle mode where you can play a Marvel Vs Capcom style Tag match against a computer, World tour is still there but believe me when I say that it's not your grandpa's world tour mode.

Then to sweeten the deal there is also Ad Hoc multiplayer where you can play Verses, Team, Variable, or dramatic battles with up to 2 players(3 MAX).

This is the part of the review where I let you know if it is worth the price tag (39.99 US), I would say yes, And if you can get your friends to buy iy too that will be even better.
