Well, I gotta say, I've never been a fan of Street Fighter. It was one of those arcade games that sat next to better looking fighters such as Soul Calibur and Mortal Kombat. It was less impressive to look at compared to the smoothness of SC and the carnage of MK. Yet now I really understand what a mistake I've made. This game is great to have for a portable on-the-go action experience, and it's smooth too. Each character has their own set of special moves which, when executed correctly, become second nature. While many characters feel similar, this game does seperate the big brawlers from the fast paced karate users. Whis game, as fun as it is, has some flaws. For instance, when your selecting characters, there's no way you can deselect. This game also plays at two speeds, Turbo1 and Turbo2. Turbo1 is for those who like slower, more thoughtful gameplay, while Turbo2 is for those of us who enjoy a quicker, more frenzied approach to it. I fully enjoy the Turbo2 setting simply because it makes the Rounds go faster and the action gets elevated to amazing capabilities.
