the game looks great and there are tons of options, but the game is ruined by the d pad. some reason with the d pad, i wasn't able to jump forwards or backwards, just straight up. now i was abe to use the analog to make up for it, but it's hard to get moves out with that, so switching back and forth eventually gets you killed. i'm not completely sure if the d pad raise piece makes a difference, considering i knew for a fact i was pushing those buttons. yes the game has crisp visuals, but losing match after match because you couldn't do a simple attack just makes me lose interest. i'm not new to the series, i still actively play champion edition on genesis and awesome in it same with marvel vs. capcom. to put it simply, uy the game if you're a fan of the series with plenty of patience, but that's about it.
