As a hardcore SF fan it was quite a decent attempt from Capcom I have to say
On the whole the game is pretty decent and does feature familiar characters such as favourites Ken, Ryu, Zangief and M.Bison but whats interesting is that exclusively in the 3D games only ,newcomers such as Pullum, Skullomania and the powerful Garuda are present which make for an interesting cast of many various fighters that you can choose from. This adds incentive to the game allowing it to be more accesible to not only fans but also newcomers who want to get an interest in Street Fighter as well.
The graphics are nothing to write home about by any means but they are solid and some of the levels in the game visually look great. The character models are well done and react to when you are physically beating the heck out of them which is pretty much all the time if you are as good as me lol.
Anyways the number of game modes are easily one of the best things about this game. You can play the original arcade game to unlock each character's different endings or you can play with a friend in the versus mode or team battle. You also have Survival mode where you have to beat as many opponents as you can before your vitality runs out or the excellent Time Attack mode where you can beat certain types of opponents in various different ways. Practice is included but the most promising mode of all is the Expert Mode where you can play as any of the main fighters to do missions which are basically executing combination attacks against the CPU. For completing these missions you gain points, as you gain more and more points you can start to unlock secret characters which is very intertesting and can also improve your fightng skills in the game if you work hard enough at it!
I do recommend this game to potential buyers but by all means do not expect anything special. I am a hardcore Street Fighter fan though and would like others to check this game out.
