A very cool hot rod racing game with awesome car customization!

Street Rod is as it sounds a Street racing game where you drive old hot rod cars from the 50's and 60's. Its really cool because the car customization is really deep, you can change wheels, decals, lots of parts in the engine, and even modify the car body, its very detailed!

When you want to race you drive down town and try to pick up a race. You can race for money or for pink slip! If you drive too fast during the race you can get chased by the police and then you either have to shake them off or pay the ticket (and lose the bet).

The goal of the game is to beat the 'Street King' and to take his girl.

A very funny game back in 1989 however its really dated by todays standards and has no driving physics at all so dont start with hig expectations on the driving part.

I played a similar game in 2003 called 'Street Legal Racing: Redline' but I didnt played it very long because it was very buggy, even after a few patches.
