Mr. Sandman, bring me a game, make it the funniest that I've ever played..

User Rating: 9.5 | Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse XBOX
Stubbs the Zombie is easily the funniest game I've played outside of the adventure genre (Sam & Max/Monkey Island still rule the land in humour, but this is a different genre :P). It's also awesome in every way. Let's go down a checklist of all the awesome things in Stubbs.

Robots - Check

Zombies - Check

Copious amounts of gore that would make Peter Jackson a proud proud man - Check

Grenades made out of a human kidney - Check

50's music - Check

A fedora - Check

Naked Japanese Women - Sadly, no

Hillbillies - Check

Barber shop quartets with jetpacks - Check

Evil severed hands that can possess people - Check

So, other than the Naked Japanese women, this game has everything that it requires to be awesome.

The game is very fun, eating brains and amassing an army of the undead to bend to your whim is joyous and entertaining. The game is brutal, but in a comedic and overblown way. Fans of Braindead will enjoy it. Fans of Futurama will also enjoy it. The humour is dark, smart, and somewhat satirical, but its almost always a hit. This is the funniest action game I have ever played. The gameplay is great, the only problem I have with it.. is the game is short. The game can be completed in one 6-7 hour sitting, which is really too bad. The game does have some replay value just because the gameplay is so fun, as well as the multiplayer co-op mode.

There's not much else to say, the graphics are stylish and it has smooth animations, the sounds are great, the voice acting is appropriately funny, and the soundtrack is a great collage of 50's music, which really puts you into the mood of the setting.

There's no excuse for not playing Stubbs. It's Xbox 360 compatible and is on the Xbox classics collection on Xbox Live, and you can get the PC version over steam for only 10 bucks, a great bargain if you ask me. I will say though, the xbox version has better controls and isn't as glitchy as the PC version, but its still a great game on both systems.

Wideload, make a sequel. Please. Let's have some Naked Japanese chicks, and then it will be the best zombie game ever.
