Filling in the puzzles is truely annoying. You use the D-pad or touchscreen to select a square, and then tap a number on the touch screen to fill it in. There's also an option for writing down the numbers, but I've not yet managed to get it to distinguish between a 6, 8 and 9 consistently. Also, there is no way of making notes in the boxes. You can either fill in your digit, or not. No way of noting "maybe" or "possibly" like in Brain Training Sudoku.
The Kakuro puzzles, even at easy, have no solid 'start', like the Kakuro's you do in puzzlebooks. They all require guesswork to start off.
Frankly I expected more from a Sudoku game. Of course the ability to generate random puzzle is nice. But one essential feature is missing (or if it's present, it's well hidden): it's the ability to write possibilities ... Read Full Review
