Although it doesn't measure up to some of the other suikodens, it is still lfun
Story: The storyline was good, although it did not contain the 'oh my god, did that really just happen?!' plot twists which carry the other games. The story was easy to follow and did have some minor twists here and there, but did have a few plot holes, especially towards the very end. All in all the story was a bit bland but still entertaining.
Gameplay: Gameplay wise, this game gave me very diverse feelings. Like many others, my maind complaint is the battles and movement. Battle wise, i hated how you could only use for at a time, making it much harder to build up characters for a later point in the game. Although, the battles were definately much faster than 3 and 5. Movement was just a pain, with overly high encounter rates, and the leanght it takes to get from one point to another. Something I did like though was the item system, making the game a nice amount easier.
Graphics. Personally I liked the graphics in this game, they were nice and clean, and looked better than 5 and 3's. Quite possibly the best part of this game is the camera. I liked how you could control it, Unlike fives satically bland camera, and three's non controllable one.
Sound: Sound was, the voice acting was very well done, but the music was forgettable.
That is all.
