A truly great game; an awesome story mixed in with great characters. Gamespot made a mistake in their rating.

This game has one of the best stories I have ever had the pleasure to discover in a game. You become attached to the characters as the story develops and you can literally feel the loyalty, love, and respect that all of these 108 characters show as they join your quest.

The story is so compelling in fact that you simply force yourself to journey out to get all 108 characters and learn their story as well. Simply getting all of the 108 characters is fun to do; I never got them all to tell you the truth =/

You are also faced with moral decisions, such as to end your rival's life or spare his life, forgive him, and allow him to aid you in battle.

The gameplay itself is very fun; whenever i see a rival with a true rune it actually ran chills up my spine (knowing that i was ready to face a tough battle)

Sure the graphics remind me of a Super Nintendo, but you won't be disappointed in this game, if you are a TRUE rpg fan, do not ignore this game.
