Summon Nights: Sword Story is one fo the best RPG and GBA games out there, I've never played a better game then this.

User Rating: 10 | Summon Night: Craft Sword Monogatari GBA
Summon Night is a great RPG game where you creat weapons from diffrent categorys and try and become a new craftlord in Western! The game is underrated and I mean what I say and write when I give this game a 10 out of 10. Not only is this game fun, but it keeps you playing intill you want to die. As most RPG games like Dragonball Z, Pokemon, and Yu-Gi-Oh once you finsh the game, or in this case become a craftlord you get to countine playing the game with I belive 50 more great level. My account at the momment is higher then Level 69, which is very good.

Most fighting games your own your own weapon, you make your own weapons by youself and you fight byself. In this game you get a gardian beast. Anthour great thing is that each person gets a diffrent gardian beast in realaity. However, there are all together only 10 garadian beast. All Gardian beast are diffrent and get diffrent unice attacks. Gardian beast aid you in battle by healing you, increasing your attack or hurting your enemy. However, you can only use your gardian beast 4 times in a battle. When getting to a high level previous attacks increase from 1/1 to 2/2. When you click "start" on your GBA and click on support, you may chose what attacks you want your gardian beast to have just like in the picture. You can also equip your gardian beast with items like potians that you can use during battles.

Using the "L" buttom during fighting allows you to change weapons, however your only allowed to have 3 weapons on you, Using the "R" buttom during battle allows you to chose your gardian beast attack. Every time you start a battle your option for your gardian beast is on "Guard" that doesn't use your Gardian beast, but you shield yourself. Strong and good attacks may take up to 3 seconds to take affect however items like potians will go automatically. After you have used a attack from your gardian beast you maybe vulerable to attacks from your enemy. During this time you should run or try and guard. Strong attacks may look like the one in the picture.

You can also do regular attacks that will do damage. Fighting stronger monster higher then you (around 20 levels higher) and winning will give you tons of bonus points. There are around 6 diffrent backround for fighting. Floors 1-50 in Western are blue, while floors 50-100 in western are purple. When you lose all your health you go back to last place you saved. I always try and save when I see a save spot. At the top of the screen, it shows your oppents health and when it goes to 0, they die. Sometimes you may get a good itme. Killer lances, Killer Swords and Killer Axes gives you 2 (those sprakly thingys)... anyways... when your green bar or MP goes down to 0 your weapon breaks and you must use your hammer. In the tourament to become craftlord, once your weapon breaks you have to start from your last save spot. If you are carrying anthour weapon and you weapon breaks, you are automatically using that one. When you swing your sword 3 times you take a 1 second break and you have to hit again. There are alot of hard stuff in this game, but it's really quite easy though. One of the most hardest weapons to go agiast with a sword would be a elictrical drill or knuckle.

Now, you get to walk around the area going troungh levels and finding secret passages and closets with great items that can help you achive next level. Floors 50-100 in Western, you'll have to look hard for secret passages that can give you technices. You may slo want to fight stronger mosnters then you for technicies. For floors 50-100 look carefully for creaters that you can see when walking around, when you get near them you have to fight them, they are hard but I once gained 7 LEVELS from it, it was much better then fighting 200 monsters. You must thing that walking around through 100 levels is hard, well it is. There are many new mosnters that you can fight. Once you advance a level, you get less exp from the same mosnter. Thats when you fight stronger monsters then that. There are barrels and boxes that you can break that may give you stuff for smithing that could help. Chests mostly give helpful items that can help your smithing or recover your HP. With that said, there are teleporting devices that you can use to go throung levels, it reall does beat walking 100 levels? From Level 50-100 it seems like the teleporting devices are ever 10 levels (56, 66, 76, 86). From Level 1-50 they can be all over the places. In the game you must save (duh) so there are save points or save swords that you can use to save the game, there are alo save points in the labyrinth. When fighting monsters you lose health so there are blue points that fill up your HP and MP! It's very useful and you should fight strong monsters around it so you can easily gain levels and heal!

Now, Lets get back to smithing. You can smith diffrent types of weapons like swords, knucklers, drills, spears, and axes. Each one has a talent and a down fall. You get to smith these weapons, and later on in the game you get powerful weapons that can hit 1000! You also need items to create these weapons, They are electrical, fire, water, grass and mystical ore. Mystical ore can be used to upgrade weapons to a certian element. Using mystical ore you can make your weapons stronger and better. Now lets get started on what I think about this game.Graphics: 10/10 It is a good RPG and has good graphics on game boy advance console. I am not rating this for all consoles.

Gameplay: 10/10. Even if it only took me around 5 hours to get to the credits, it was very fun addictive and I loved playing it. I preferd playing this then eating, and I was real hungry!

Sound: 10/10. For the GBA console it did have lots of music, like when my character was suprised this music sound came on. Also there was diffrent music for diffrent places. I think there was around 50 diffrent soundtracks in this game. Value: 10/10. I never reall did get what value mean't, as in pricing or as in how good it was, but both were very good. The pricing was cheap, and it was very good!

Reviwers Tilt: 10/10. The game was good, everything was good this game was awesome! I mean everything I said. This is one good and awesome game (and this is my longest review)
