A decent top down racer.

Unfortunately I foolishly played Super Cars after I had played Super Cars II, and due to my opinion that the second in the series is perhaps the greatest top down racer of all time this could only spell trouble for Super Cars.

Another racing offering from the very clever people at magnetic fields, who brought us Lotus as well.

The game, like it's sequel is a top down car racing game, it has nice graphics and clever touches with the screeching sound, but there aren't as may options or nice touches as the second in the series. It is also only a one player game to the best of my knowledge, but if you forget the existence of the second game, this more than stands up on it own.

Well worth owning...along with Super Cars II of course!
