First of all If the creators were trying to create a joke then it worked 1000000%. Heres the thing that really ticks me off, the fact that the game is trying tot be like a comic book or somethin', BLAM ,TAK, this and that crap. That's only 1% of it's horrible gameplay and features. It is supposed to attract hardcore gamers, and it does for a little while, but then it just gets so boring and same old same old. Performing attacks is not really that hard but it's just so frustrating, for example, your trying to do a Super Kamehameha and you change into Super Saiyan, or Vice Versa. Graphics aren't really such a big deal other than they were trying to make it seem like a comic with colors. They were also trying to make a very destructive and realistic environment, that worked out better with the destructive environment than realistic(a lot) especially with the World Martial Arts Tournament. There are lots of unlockables, most of which can be gained by the Dragon Balls( You wish for em'). Things like new characters, clothes, skills, and things. So the game isn't all that bad, but I can guarantee you'll stop playing the game far before you've unlocked even quarter of the unlockables. Unless you're a fan, then don't bother buying it.
